Kathy’s hot yoga class was amazing! She’s super encouraging, clear with her instructions, and created such a great vibe. From the moment the class began, her energy was welcoming and motivating. She guided us through every pose with clear instruction and just the right balance of challenge and encouragement. Kathy created such a positive, supportive environment, and her passion for teaching really shines through.

Thank you Mike! For wonderful first time experience. For attention to detail, gentle guiding movements, calming presence . Highly recommend to anyone looking to deepen their practice. Also, Thank you to the owner of the hot yoga studio for the proper temperature and moving air(enough oxigen to breathe with fresh rotating air) in the class. Very welcoming atmosphere.

I’ve just started going to spin class, and I do the Spin and Reset (30 minutes spin, 30 minutes yoga) and I am so glad I made that decision. I’ve gone to both the morning and evening class, and I absolutely love them both. Laura makes me feel so comfortable with whatever pace I’m at and just in general. She’s kind and approachable and makes it worth getting out of bed that early. Sean’s class is also a blast with the older songs including The Spice Girls. It makes a great way to end my day with his encouragement. Thank you both, and thank you HotShop!

I’ve been going here for almost three years off and on. It’s always clean, organized & a nice atmosphere, even when it’s busy. The from desk staff are always so warm and welcoming. I love coming here! And I always recommend it to my friends too. If you’re newbie to yoga, I recommend their evening “reset class”. It’s relaxing without being too challenging.

I took a spin class with Laura for the first time, and she was fantastic! She brought great energy to the room, keeping us motivated from start to finish. I really appreciated how she explained which muscles we should be engaging throughout the ride—it made a big difference in how I approached the workout. The playlist was also on point, making it easy to stay in rhythm and push through the tough moments. If you’re looking for a fun, challenging, and well-coached class, I highly recommend giving her a try!
